After a good few years of going on this journey, I believe that while real-world help is always needed, doing intentional personal work to raise your frequency is the only real way to effect lasting change on this planet.
It’s not rainbows and butterflies. There is definite peace to be found in this journey, but there are shadows to face, wounds to heal, and truth to wake up to. And none of it can be forced. But I’ll help hold your hair back while you throw up. 😉
