It’s absolutely necessary to take care of all pieces of who we are. We can’t neglect our human bodies for the sake of spiritual ascension. If our bodies are suffering, if we’re not taking proper care of them, we can’t give our spiritual side the attention it deserves.
So today, we’re talking about specifically about how core training and stretching can help with your confidence and ability to love yourself!
