The Alexander Technique is so unique! My guest is Morgan Rysdon, an Alexander Technique teacher, and she explains all about how it can help change or improve all of your habits!!
And not just habits in the way we usually think of them. You’ll look at your physical habits–how you sit down, stand up, walk, etc. You’ll look at your speech habits–how do you talk to yourself and others? And even your thought habits–what kinds of thoughts do you think? Do certain people or certain situations cause you to habitually react in certain ways?
It can all be changed, because you always have choice!
