How Your Thoughts Create Your Reality: You Are In Control

There is a definite path that your thoughts follow in order to become reality. And don’t worry–we’ll talk about how there are definitely circumstances that are out of our control. But the point of today’s episode is to remind you to take back your power and take ownership of the things you CAN control.
At the end of the day, what your reality looks like is completely up to you. How you view yourself, the people around you, your experiences…it’s all in your hands. Or rather, your mind.
I’m not implying that any of it is easy, or that you can just *think* everything is amazing and it suddenly will be. There’s definitely work to do, actions to take.
But it BEGINS and ENDS with your mindset. And that is something that only you can control. And if someone else has filled your head with negative thoughts about yourself, it’s time to start taking back your power and turning it around.
