A Personal Story: What To Do When Your Confidence Level Drops
I may be a confidence coach, but I am nowhere near perfect. Confidence is fluid, and no matter what level we’re at, we’re all going to experience highs and lows. I’ve been up and down on that wave all week.
But I had a “moment” last week. I was a little low and I needed a boost. Long story short, I accidentally posted a lament in MY Facebook group instead of the female entrepreneur group that I intended to post in! I don’t embarrass easily…but I was embarrassed. So not only was my confidence already a little down, then I went and shot myself in the foot.
I share that story in today’s episode, not to look for sympathy, but to share an example of how we all have moments, and we need to be okay with that and realize that we’re human (even if it means someone leaves your FB group!), and all we can do it our best.
But when we’re authentic, we’re HONEST, and we live aligned with who we are, we can get through these rough patches a little easier.
