How to Be More Mindful (and an Invitation to Join My Mindfulness and Meditation Challenge)
Have you been feeling stressed lately? Overwhelmed? Consumed with anxiety or worry? Sad or depressed?

Much of the stress and overwhelm that we feel (not all, of course, but a good portion of it) can be due to us NOT being in the present moment. Not living in the present moment. Truly not living life…
Because the only time that exists for us to experience…is RIGHT NOW. Today. Right here. There is no tomorrow. Yesterday is gone. All we have is right now.
So if we stay stuck in the past, reliving old memories, or we constantly worry about things that haven’t even happened yet (and probably won’t happen), we take on that extra weight on our shoulders. And we stop living.
Let’s put a stop to that.
Today we’re going over some tips on how to be more mindful. Some of them you’ve probably heard before, but you needed a reminder. Some of them you might not have considered, or gone deep enough with before.
