Empaths: Steps to Recharge Your Positive Energy and Mindset
I bet your social media feeds are filled with an overwhelming majority of negativity, anger, sadness, and even hatred. Obviously we can’t pretend that there aren’t major issues that need our attention right now, but we do still need to protect our own energy. I believe we can only see solutions clearly when we’re in a positive mindset, looking for and expecting the best outcomes.
It’s easy for negativity to bring all of us down at any time in our lives, but it can be especially difficult for empaths. We literally absorb and take on the energy around us, and if we don’t have the ability to shake it off and reset and recharge ourselves, we can start to spiral down a dangerous path.
